Iowa’s Epcon neighborhoods feature clubhouse facilities that offer frequent, community-wide social events. With 24/7 access for residents, the clubhouse provides space to hold both private events and resident functions! Whether you want to relax by the pool on a Saturday afternoon, host a family get-together, or head to the fitness center for a workout, all the amenities you need are just a few steps from your front door.

Get out and about in your community by listening to live music at the pool during the summertime, bringing a group to a wine and cheese night, or joining a dinner club with other residents. The neighborhood-wide events and opportunities to get involved are endless!

Try a new workout or reconnect with your routine in our fitness center! An instructor will also be available for seasonal events to guide you through yoga, water aerobics, and an assortment of other classes.

All of our floor plans are zero-entry—with no steps at any entrances—so they are easily and safely accessible for people with all levels of mobility. Additionally, all floor plans can be adjusted to ensure ADA compliancy.
